Nature of Digital Product

BoostShock services are digital products that begin performing immediately upon confirmation of payment.

For this reason, as a rule, the amount paid is not refundable if the service has already started or completed.

Exceptions (when is the refund)

  • If the order could not be fulfilled for our technical or operational reasons.
  • If your payment was confirmed but the service did not start.
  • If the service failed and it is proven that the error was on BoostShock's side.

In such a case, the amount will be fully refunded to the same payment method used for the transaction (card or crypto USDT/TRC20).

User Obligations

When placing an order, you are required to provide us with accurate information (profile link/username). Password entry is not required.

In case of incorrect or incomplete data, the amount will not be refunded. The user is responsible for the accuracy of their payment data (e.g., entering a crypto address).

Disputes and Chargeback

In case of any problem, you should first contact our support: support@boostshock.com

In case of unfounded chargeback, we reserve the right to terminate the service and protect our interests by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability in the event of any dispute is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order.
